Because I love a good dare, last year I quickly accepted the challenge thrown down by Aaron Elliott, Sustainability Manager at MeetGreen, who is responsible for the green meeting practices at IMEX America.  His challenge was to take selfies showing what the average attendee can do at IMEX America to minimize waste.  Let’s say this about that, I am much better at sustainable events than I am at selfies as you will see.

In preparation for IMEX America 2015, I bravely share last year’s selfies and dare you to “catch yourself doing something green.”

I will be capturing my green deeds again this year at IMEX America 2015 and will share them on twitter at #imex2015,  care/dare you to join me?

Brought my own refillable coffee mug for my morning tea.

Sustainable Meal

Chose chicken over beef to save water.

Refilled My Water Cup

Got this nifty water bottle from one of the exhibitors and filled it at a water station on the show floor.

Recycled my name badge as I was running for the airport.
