About Nancy Zavada

Nancy J. Zavada, CMP, Founder and President, MeetGreen, is internationally recognized as a trailblazer in the sustainable event field. She founded MeetGreen in 1994. Nancy’s extensive work with scientific organizations earned her an impeccable reputation for producing notable meetings throughout the world. A decade later, Nancy co-founded the Green Meeting Industry Council. Owner of this Women-Owned Business, she has been named one of the “Top 25 Women in the Meetings Industry” and one of 22 "Meetings Trendsetters". Nancy oversees sustainable initiatives for corporate and non-profit organizations.
