Our means of convening shifted dramatically in 2020, inspiring new initiatives and advanced metrics for supporting people and planet. Here are the highlights from our impact on 2020.

The EclipseCon 2020 event saved 277,656 KG in CO2e total emissions in 2020. That is equivalent to eliminating the greenhouse gas emissions from 60 average passenger vehicles driven for one year or more than 35 million cellphones charged!

The SASB Symposium 2020 saved 253,564 KG in CO2e total emissions this year. That is equivalent to eliminating the greenhouse gas emissions from 54 average passenger vehicles driven for one year or more than 32 million cellphones charged!

ROS World 2020 saved 1,515,648 KG in CO2e total emissions this year. That is equivalent to keeping 25 cars off the road for an entire year! That is equivalent to eliminating the greenhouse gas emissions from an average passenger vehicle driven more than 3.7 million miles, or 175 homes' energy use for an entire year!

The Virtual GRI Reporters' Summit North America 2020 saved 115,291 KG in CO2e total emissions this year. That is equivalent to keeping 25 cars off the road for an entire year!

The BSR 2020 virtual event saved 942,196 KG in CO2e total emissions this year. That is equivalent to eliminating the greenhouse gas emissions from 2.3 million miles driven by an average passenger vehicle or 160 homes' electricity use for an entire year!

The UN Global Compact Uniting Business Live 2020 saved 1,136,493 KG in CO2e total emissions with their virtual event. That is equivalent to eliminating the greenhouse gas emissions from 4.5 million km driven by an average passenger vehicle or the energy-related CO2 impacts from 192 homes over an entire year!

The Unitarian Universalist Virtual General Assembly saved 2,173,837 KG in CO2e total emissions with their virtual conference. That's equivalent to keeping 470 cars off the road or eliminating the CO2 emissions from 251 home's energy use for an entire year!
