CleanMed 2023 was hosted in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on May 23rd – 25th. This event made some significant impacts when it came to sustainability. The data includes:
- Reusable service ware
- Plant-based meals
- Offsetting carbon emissions
- Virtual attendance
- Waste reduction
