Project Description
The BPI Summit host city was Berkley, California open to both members and non-members to attend. This was their second conference by the BPI organization.
Highlights of the event:
- Leftover food from breakfast and lunch was available to attendees to consume on snack breaks.
- Used nearly 100% reusable service ware and offered water stations that saved hundreds of thousands of liters of water.
- Eliminated thousands of disposable items from being thrown away.
